Terryn Westbrook grew up a military brat, living all over the world, from Japan to Mississippi. After studying theatre arts and electronic music at University of South Florida and Middlesex University in London, Terryn moved to Los Angeles, where she began popping up in music videos, print ads, and commercials, all the while moonlighting as a club DJ and vocalist for various electronic music acts, including Photocall and Reverse Commuter.

A chance encounter with David Lynch led to a role in his most recent feature film, “Inland Empire” with Laura Dern. Since then, Terryn has gone on to appear on dozens of hit television shows, including House, Parks and Recreation, NCIS, How I Met Your Mother, Gilmore Girls, The Affair, Jane the Virgin, and Blackish, as well as independent films “Congratulations,” “Four Boxes,” and “Hollywood Fringe,” and over 100 national commercials and ad campaigns for brands that include Hallmark, Milkbone, UPS, Apple, and an array of insurance companies. Most recent television credits include recurring roles on YOU, This is Us, and the upcoming season of Bosch Legacy, as well as guest starring roles on 9-1-1, The Morning Show, Little America, United States of Al and Young Sheldon.

Terryn Westbrook has taught acting since 2012. In addition to her signature “That Gets the Spot” commercial workshops, Terryn taught comedy and audition techniques at Warner Loughlin Studios and most recently “Acting for the Camera” at Occidental College.
